Commercial Kitchens in Odd Places

Often commercial kitchens are found in restaurants, but this one surprised us in an old cafeteria.

The Ansul hood (the grease-exhausting apparatus at center top of the photo) is no longer in use, turning this commercial kitchen into a food-warming (and cooling) area.
